Each affiliate program varies but in my expeirence with ClickBank, CJ, ShareASale, and others, link cloaking by redirection is allowed.  As long as the user is displayed the actual destination URL on their browser's URL address bar--you should be fine.

The so-called "hard cloaking" violates most TOS so stick with cloaking via redirection only.

Most affiliate programs have affiliate managers.  I suggest you contact them and ask for their policies and thoughts about link cloaking.  It's best to get right from the source.
